Changes to our free plan

Dear valued customers,

We are writing to inform you of a change to our Free Plan. We have recently noticed that some users have been creating temporary email accounts and abusing the free plan by exceeding the usage limits.

While we offer a free plan to provide basic service usage for all customers, we have had to limit the number of labels offered in the plan to 10 address/SKU labels and 3 shipping labels due to the abuse of the system. This change will take place immediately.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide a fair and enjoyable experience for all of our customers. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
